The first intercepted wetland which generates Nitrate credits to offset the impacts of the requirement to prove Nutrient Neutrality. Our role was to first obtain planning permission, put in place the Section 106 Agreement and the complementing Section 33 Agreements and then selling the credits into the development markets for the Solent Special Protection Area.

Working to support a range of environmental solutions to provide Nutrient Neutrality and Bio Diversity Net Gain Units via the Environmental Farmers Group where we have assembled 1,100,000 acres of land throughout England & Wales to support the development sector.

Approximately 1,000 kg of Phosphate available to developments throughout Wiltshire, Dorset, New Forest / National Park Authority and BCP Council.

Approximately 80 hectares of land suitable for up to 400 Biodiversity Net Gain Units.
