Jamie brings with him a career in the financial services sector and will support Cicero Estates by being able to offer structured financial solutions for land acquisition through to development finance. With strong relationships with a range of senior debt providers through to mezzanine finance, we will be able to offer a range of solutions. Jamie operates without any geographical constraint and can offer in principle opinions on a range of residential and commercial development opportunities.

Enjoying 30 years industry experience, Adam started his property career in residential estate agency and has worked at national Director level for two of the largest firms in the UK. With a rich blend of agency and development experience, Adam is perfectly placed to assist on all aspects from initial site identification, market appraisals, viability, market research, competitor analysis, marketing strategy and sales advice which all compliment the services that Cicero Estates offers to its clients.
