OPPORTUNITIES & CONSTRAINTS

An assessment of the constraints and opportunities of the site has been undertaken to provide a framework for understanding the site and how it might be developed.

The assessment highlights the important tree groupings, existing hedgerows and any other landscape features.
The existing public rights of way are identified, and points of access and egress for vehicular movements, alongside consideration of other design line routes towards Lymington centre and Woodside Park.

An assessment of the density of surrounding development and established boundaries has also been undertaken.
