LAND OWNERSHIP & SITE PHOTOS

The site is located predominantly within the Local Authority Boundary of New Forest District Council, with limited sections along its southern edge extending into the New Forest National Park Authority Plan Area.

The development site will be subject of a cross boundary application, which recognizes the location, at least in part within the jurisdiction of the two New Forest Local Authorities.

We will be making a planning application for approximately 7.26ha of land, comprising the majority of the Strategic Site allocation, the reminder of the allocation will be brought forwards separately. The development proposal has however been designed to actively support the delivery of the remainder of the site at a later date providing opportunities for pedestrian and vehicular links to support permeability.
