With outline planning permission for 72 x homes in this quaint North Dorset village. Permission was gained via a Public Inquiry. The local planning authority were unable to demonstrate a 5 year housing supply.

15 acres located on the west of the New Forest Town of Lymington which is allocated within the adopted Local Plan for New Forest District Council. The land is subject to a planning application to create 82 new dwellings with a 50% affordable housing provision which is much needed for the town. A planning determination is expected during 2024.
Nouale Lane, Ringwood
Approximately 65 acres of assembled land tying in three separate land owners and now held under option to Taylor Wimpey. The land has a resolution to grant outline planning permission for 400 new homes with employment land. A policy compliant 50% of the new houses will be for affordable housing, meeting a much needed requirement for low cost homes for this location.
