With detailed planning permission for the demolition of the existing properties and their replacement with 9 x luxury apartments with views over Poole Harbour. Construction to start in Summer of 2020 with completion expected in Autumn of 2021. 


Fore Lane, Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire


The site extends to 0.93 acres and is located on the edge of Halifax. The site forms part of a parcel of land originally acquired by Leonard Cheshire Disability, with the land surplus to their requirements. The development lies in an elevated position with its own access to be created from Fore Lane.

Land off Llysonnen Road, Carmarthen, Wales


The site forms part of a parcel of land originally acquired by Leonard Cheshire Disability of London, who were granted planning permission for a new care facility compromising a 24 bed bespoke care home, with bungalow units adjacent. The residue area, which is approximately 1.38 acres has planning consent for the construction of 9 detached units off an entrance road which also serves the care home.

White Hart Street Regeneration Project, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire


With revised planning permission for 140 units along with retail and commercial.

Waindsfield, Kirkbymoorside, North Yorkshire


With detailed planning permission for 32 new dwellings including 7 affordable houses. Construction due to commence summer 2020 with the first units being ready for occupation in 2021. To be developed in two phases, with phase 1 for 19 x dwellings.

Battlefields Lane South, Holbeach


This is a Greenfield site that extends across of 15.5 acres and benefits from the outline planning consent for 185 units. This is a large development site for an area such as Holbeach and will be viewed as such in the open market. It is appropriate that a site of this nature would be developed on a phased basis and this is reflected in condition 3 of the planning consent which limits the annual number of dwellings to be developed to 40.

With outline planning permission for a 163 residential units being a mix of housing and apartments in this exciting landmark development on the edge of Portsmouth. Scheme includes feature 10 storey block of apartments with views over the harbour and Portchester Castle.
