Ringwood, Hampshire

A draft allocation for an 85 acre strategic site which is identified in the emerging local plan for approximately 400 houses which will provide much needed affordable homes in a location where there is currently a 14 year waiting list.  Looking at allocation for Q1 2020. 


Amesbury, Wiltshire

Small scheme for 10 x dwellings being made of up semi detached houses located close to the town centre, school and local transport infrastructure.


Crown Road, Marnhull, Dorset

Planning granted through public enquiry appeal for 72 houses and bungalows located within one of the largest villages in the South West. The scheme will deliver a blend of housing to meet local and district needs. It will also provide much needed affordable housing. Reserved matters to be submitted in Q1 2024.


Lymington, Hampshire

Now allocated in the local plan for a minimum of 115 houses located within this popular New Forest town which will provide a mix of detached and semi detached dwellings with much needed affordable housing, SANGS, onsite public open space, etc. Application to be determined by Q4.


Fenwicks Storage Yard, Totton

Cicero Estates, in association with Blue Leaf Projects, are pleased to announce the sale of Fenwick's Storage Yard, Brokenford Lane, Totton, to Sovereign Housing / Hampshire Homes. The site, which has outline planning permission for 21 houses, will provide affordable housing located close to Totton centre.


Fore Lane, Sowerby Bridge, W. Yorkshire

The site extends to 0.93 acres and is located on the edge of Halifax. The site forms part of a parcel of land originally acquired by Leonard Cheshire Disability, with the land surplus to their requirements. The development lies in an elevated position with its own access to be created from Fore Lane.

The site, which is located on the outskirts of Ringwood, benefits from detailed planning permission for the demolition of the existing building and its replacement with 1 x block of 2 bedroom apartments, 2 x detached 1,011 sq ft 3 bedroom detached houses and 1 x detached 1,564 sq ft chalet bungalow.


Tower Road, Branksome Park, Poole

This site, which extended to 0.35 ha (0.87 acres), had detailed planning consent for the construction of 14 apartments, arranged over a five storey block with ancillary underground car parking. Purchased for £2,450,000 and sold to a national retirement provider for £3,700,000 representing a 51% gross uplift.  


Finedon Road, Burton Latimer, Kettering

A 1.98 acre site purchased with planning permission for 21 units for £650,000. Value engineered to include an economic viability assessment to reduce 106 costs and obligations and remove the need to provide affordable housing. The site's disposal has completed for £1,4000,000, providing a 115% uplift.


Land off Moor Road & The Sycamores, Moor Road, Bestwood Village, Nottinghamshire

1.93 acres with the benefit of planning permission for 29 houses and apartments where a Joint Venture agreement was completed in September 2017 with a local house builder who will provide both the construction and sales of the completed units.


Pasture Lane, Hovingham, North Yorkshire

24 unit scheme located within the picturesque village of Hovingham, North Yorkshire. The site was sold to a local developer on a Joint Venture basis, where the land receipt was received through the plot sale process up to the agreed purchase price. All units have now been built and sold.

A 12 unit scheme arranged over 2 blocks of 6 apartments, located within the coastal village of Barton on Sea. The site was acquired for £1m and disposed of for £1.4m representing a 40% uplift,

Planning granted for 2 detached dwellings near to the centre of the town and close to the railway station. Consent granted after much discussion and negotiations we won a unanimous decision at committee in June 2017. The plots have now been sold to a well-known local builder.
